Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service to our guests at Everton Football Club.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend pre-match briefings and training sessions to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor staff working practices to ensure efficiency and productivity, adhering to company standards.
  • Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure timely service of food products.
  • Work in accordance with food allergens information and service procedures.
  • Ensure bar and floor staff are attentive to guest needs, minimizing wait times.
  • Welcome guests, take orders, and serve beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Care about customer satisfaction and deliver an optimal client service experience.
  • Deal with customer and staff complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Actively upsell products and maximize revenue capture.
  • Support the training and development of staff members, adjusting staffing levels as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness of front and back-of-house areas, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Ensure staff are signed in, briefed, and given allocated break time.
  • Use proven interpersonal skills to provide a world-class service to guests.
  • Plan for potential problems or shortages to prevent them from occurring.
  • Ensure profitability through protection of company assets and stock.
  • Maintain a smart and presentable appearance in line with company dress and appearance policy.
