Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our Logistics team at Anya Hindmarch. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing stock levels, processing orders, and ensuring seamless inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Management
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of stock in the store stockroom
    • Conduct daily headcounts and periodic stock takes to maintain accurate inventory levels
    • Manage stock consignments and follow up on late returns
  • Packing and Despatch
    • Pack and despatch web orders to customers in a timely and efficient manner
    • Update orders on the system (SAP) and create DHL shipments using shipping tools
    • Report any discrepancies or issues to the team
  • Post Room Management
    • Organize and manage the head office post room, ensuring timely and efficient processing of mail and packages
    • Coordinate daily and weekly pickups/drop offs from couriers as needed
    • Distribute parcels around the office and assist with ad-hoc movements of props/packaging/stock between HO and the stores
  • Daily Store Runs
    • Conduct daily store runs to transport stock between the head office and Village stores
    • Assist with ad-hoc movements of props/packaging/stock between HO and the stores

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy and stressful environment
  • Computer literacy with an enthusiasm to learn new systems
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience with stock systems (ERP/WMS/Web platform) is advantageous
