Role Overview:
We are in search of a committed Special Needs Educational Support Assistant specializing in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs to become a part of our team.

In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering customized assistance to help them navigate their challenges and excel both academically and emotionally.

Your knowledge will be crucial in fostering a constructive learning atmosphere and instilling a passion for education in our students.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a profound understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
  • Exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for aiding students in their academic and emotional growth.
  • Develop and execute individualized learning plans in partnership with the SEN team.
  • Work alongside educators to incorporate SEN support within the classroom setting.
