Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective trade marketing strategies to maximize the potential of our brands and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Category/Buying teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Analyze sales performance and ROI to inform marketing strategies and optimize results
  • Manage the Retail Marketing RCC budget to ensure compliance and integrity
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives through Category project planning

Requirements

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Strong marketing skills with a focus on commercial acumen and customer orientation
  • Experience in presenting and communicating with key customers
  • Project management skills with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
