Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective trade marketing strategies to maximize the potential of our brands and products.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Category/Buying teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales and ROI, while ensuring compliance and integrity
  • Analyze sales performance and suggest modifications to the plan to achieve agreed-upon goals and objectives
  • Manage the Retail Marketing RCC budget to ensure efficient expenditure and compliance
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives through Category project planning

Your Profile

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Highly creative and customer-orientated, with a passion for disruptive and creative marketing
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet business goals and objectives
  • Experience in presenting and communicating with key customers (internal/external)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
