KP Snacks is seeking a Line Lead to oversee the production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. As a Line Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating with team members, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee production line operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Ensure safety standards are maintained and address any safety concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve efficient workflow and resolve any issues that arise during production.
- Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.
As a Line Lead, you will be responsible for:
- 24-hour accountability for the results of your area, including safety, quality, delivery, performance, cost, and morale.
- Managing the team, including work and development plans, skill and performance reviews.
- Clearly understanding line priorities, including execution requirements and resources, including staffing.
- Leading and setting direction during Daily Direction Setting (DDS) to deliver target results and drive loss elimination actions.
- Providing coaching and guidance to Team Captains, Team Members, and Equipment Owners.
- Leading issue resolution to root cause on the floor and embedding countermeasures in standards for key losses.
