We are seeking a skilled Beauty Brand Leader to join our dynamic team in our flagship retail location. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand loyalty.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert consultations on Flannels' luxury beauty products, catering to diverse customer needs.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and share insights with the team to enhance service delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Analyze sales performance and collaborate with management to develop effective strategies.
  • Provide personalized service, ensuring customers receive tailored beauty advice and product recommendations.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Manage customer feedback constructively to enhance service standards.
  • Adapt to the dynamic retail environment, demonstrating flexibility across various departments.
  • Stay informed on the latest beauty trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Plan and execute in-store events to engage customers and promote brand awareness.
  • Ensure the presentation of products is pristine and inviting, reflecting the brand's luxury status.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Lead Makeup Artist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
  • Ability to perform makeup applications that align with brand standards.
  • Strong connection between artistry and sales, enhancing customer engagement.
  • Preferred social/digital portfolio showcasing beauty expertise.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current beauty trends and products.
  • Excellent communication skills, engaging effectively with a diverse clientele.
  • Proactive in developing product knowledge through training and market research.
  • Recognized for exceptional sales and service skills, consistently delivering outstanding results.
  • Ability to assist clients with product selection and application techniques.
  • Flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of the business.

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility in scheduling.
