Job Title: Beauty Brand Manager - Luxury Cosmetic Expert

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Brand Manager to join our team at our Luxury Flagship Store in Meadowhall. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, utilizing your extensive product knowledge to inspire and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products, from everyday looks to special events
  • Maintain specialized product knowledge and reinforce Pat McGrath application techniques with your team
  • Accountable for achieving sales goals and analyzing sales data to create strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goals
  • Share your knowledge to provide customers with exceptional and personalized service
  • Work as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience, including selling and replenishing stock, cashing up, and organizing rails
  • Manage customer feedback and use it constructively to continually raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards
  • Adapt to the challenges that vary from day to day, including working on different departments and taking your service excellence and collaborative spirit with you
  • Use your natural curiosity to stay ahead of the latest trends by taking every opportunity to expand your knowledge of products and competitors
  • Own the planning and delivery of in-store events and replenish stock as needed to ensure the brand is presented at the highest level
  • Ability to build a clientele and model excellent customer service
  • Understand and follow health, safety, and security procedures, and play an active role in preventing stock loss
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Champion our company culture and values
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Ability to perform makeup applications that align with the brand service menu
  • Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
  • Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
  • A great communicator, able to positively engage with all customers with varying needs and requirements
  • Well-informed, with excellent product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity
  • Known to be a sales and service expert, using these skills to deliver the extraordinary each and every time
  • Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases with the brand and throughout the store
  • Flexible, responsive to business needs, and happy to take responsibility for tasks that may go beyond the role expectation
  • A confident coach, self-driven to upskill and learn, and work with management, trainers, and brand artists to learn brand expertise and develop personal artistry skills
  • Able to be flexible to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
