Job Title: Beauty Brand Manager

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Brand Manager to join our team at Pat McGrath Labs in Meadowhall. As a Beauty Brand Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and driving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert application of Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products
  • Maintain specialized product knowledge and reinforce brand techniques
  • Accountable for achieving sales goals and analyzing sales data
  • Develop strategies with management to consistently meet and exceed goals
  • Share knowledge to provide customers with exceptional and personalized service
  • Work as part of a team to create a memorable customer experience
  • Manage customer feedback and use it to improve service and sales standards
  • Adapt to challenges and work in different departments
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding knowledge of products and competitors
  • Plan and deliver in-store events
  • Replenish stock and maintain a clean and attractive store environment
  • Build a clientele and model excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures
Requirements:
  • Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Ability to perform makeup applications that align with the brand service menu
  • Confidently connects artistry and education to sales
  • Social/digital portfolio of work with significant following preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products
  • A great communicator and well-informed individual
  • Known to be a sales and service expert
  • Flexible and responsive to business needs
  • A confident coach and self-driven individual
  • Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
