Job Title: Care Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Guiseley Manor Care Centre. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and care to our residents.

About the Role:

  • Support the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager in providing leadership to the care team.
  • Manage the delivery of residents' personalized care according to their agreed plan of care.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and assessment to Care Assistants.
  • Maintain correctly written records as required by the company and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist the home manager to carry out regular quality audits of care plans.

Requirements:

  • Care certificate or NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or above.
  • Medication management and administration experience.
  • Experience working with older people.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent within the first 12 months of employment.
