Join Our Team as a Care Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Guiseley Manor Care Centre. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and care to our residents.

About the Role:

  • Support the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager in providing leadership to the care team
  • Effective 24-hour management of the home within available resources
  • Training will be provided for therapy services
  • Enhanced role within the home

Requirements:

  • Care certificate or NVQ 2 or above in Health and Social Care
  • Medication management and administration experience
  • Experience working with older people
