Job Title: Residential Team Leader

Voyage Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Residential Team Leader to join our team in Bramley, Leeds.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to lead our residential care team in Bramley, Leeds. As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Service and Deputy Manager in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring that high standards of care and support are maintained.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring that the needs of each person are met.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and support care staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Communication: Build and maintain effective relationships with individuals, families, and other stakeholders.
