Connected – We facilitate communication through fixed-line and wireless telecom infrastructure, ensuring seamless access to information for everyone. United Living boasts one of the largest in-house teams specializing in project management, acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance in the UK.
Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the quality of work performed on-site and assist in monitoring and maintaining the company's training requirements, ensuring compliance with internal processes and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) spreadsheet.
- Collect data from internal build teams and engineers for the External Suppliers Score Card Process.
- Communicate any concerns regarding External Supplier Performance to the appropriate Manager and Supply Chain.
- Generate reports on engineer performance, highlighting any necessary positive or constructive feedback.
- Produce reports on job performance, verifying that the site is progressing according to the Program of Works (POW).
- Create weekly Work in Progress (WIP) reports utilizing engineers' time sheets.
- Conduct quality reviews of Design Drawings as required by the project.
- Assist in maintaining the Training Matrix for office and engineering personnel.
- Manage the Training email Inbox for queries or requests, escalating to the relevant Manager when necessary.
- Track and record training requests in the training database.
- Coordinate training bookings in line with internal processes, including raising Purchase Orders.
- Organize training certificates in accordance with company procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with training providers across the UK.
- Foster good relationships with Build Teams and engineers.
- Support the maintenance of safety training and document control systems as part of the HSE team, ensuring adherence on-site and in the office.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
