Join Our Team as a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialist Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Department at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services to patients in the rehabilitation and recovery setting.

About the Role

The post holder will work collaboratively with Shropshire Community Health Trust to support patients in the rehabilitation and recovery setting. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of clinical pharmacy input, working as an independent prescriber to optimise medicine regimes, and leading the development of Clinical Pharmacy standards across the Trust.
