We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive our growth. As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across multiple countries.
  • Utilize headhunting and targeted search techniques to fill critical and strategic roles within the organization.
  • Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance and support on team scaling.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview processes, and assessment criteria.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, industry events, and relationships with external partners.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and drive continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on the tech industry.
  • Proven experience in headhunting and targeted search for key roles.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and hands-on experience in all stages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
