About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Consultant to join our team as Clinical Lead for Endoscopy. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise across our Endoscopy services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our Endoscopy teams, ensuring high standards of care are delivered at all times.
  • Support the development and implementation of clinical strategies and policies, ensuring they are aligned with our company values and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our Business Development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring our clinical expertise is showcased to potential clients.
  • Conduct clinical audits and reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Support the recruitment and development of our clinical teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Endoscopy Consultant with at least 2 years' experience post-CCT.
  • Experience of complaint management and governance.
  • Experience of networking and business development.
