The Clinical Lead for Endoscopy will play a pivotal role in driving clinical excellence and quality across our endoscopy services. Reporting to the Medical Director, this individual will work closely with the Director of Operations and Director of Nursing to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to a team of Consultants, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and best practices.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Business Development function to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Support the Medical Director and Director of Nursing in managing clinical teams, including conduct reviews, incident investigations, and disciplinary hearings.
- Lead on audits, review of KPIs, and ongoing maintenance of clinical standards and care delivery.
- Endoscopy Consultant with at least 2 years' experience post-CCT.
- Exceptional clinical standards and JAG KPIs, with credibility among peers.
- Experience of complaint management and governance.
- Experience of networking and business development.
