Position Overview

We are thrilled to present a rewarding opportunity within the Reablement & TEC Team, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in their own residences. Our team members collaborate with established outcome support plans, adopting an empowering approach to assist individuals in maintaining their independence within their communities.

The successful candidate will be part of the Clacks and Stirling Health & Social Care Partnership, working in conjunction with Allied Health Professionals (Physiotherapists & Occupational Therapists) and other specialists in a multi-disciplinary environment. The role involves performing care tasks that aid individuals in their daily activities and encourage self-management of chronic health conditions. We seek individuals who are adaptable, responsive, and uphold a high standard of professionalism.

Candidates must be available to work varied shift patterns, including evenings and weekends. Registration with the SSSC and attainment of the relevant qualification (SVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care) is required, and we will provide support for this, including comprehensive training and coverage of associated costs.

A valid, full driving license that permits legal driving in the UK is essential.
