About the Role

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at The Social Care Community Partnership. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users across the Stirling area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent care and support services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of service users.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months' previous paid experience working in a care or nursing home in the UK within the last year.
  • A certificate confirming your participation in a practical moving and handling course in the last 12 months or be willing to book onto our course.
  • Be SSSC registered or commit to joining the register when you become an employee with The Social Care Community Partnership.
  • Access to your own vehicle is desirable.
