Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent care and support services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of service users.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- At least 6 months' previous paid experience working in a care or nursing home in the UK within the last year.
- A certificate confirming your participation in a practical moving and handling course in the last 12 months or be willing to book onto our course.
- Be SSSC registered or commit to joining the register when you become an employee with The Social Care Community Partnership.
- Access to your own vehicle is desirable.
