About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Domestic team at Blackwood Homes and Care. As a Domestic Care Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and personalized living environment for our care home residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the building
- Carry out cleaning within individual customer homes within the building
- Wear clean overalls and be responsible for same
- Compliance with our policies in accordance with Health and Safety requirements, and all emergency procedures
- Attendance to meetings, training and supervision and participation in our Quality Assurance system
