Job Title: Relief Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team at Blackwood Homes and Care in Stirling.

About the Role:

As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes. You will work closely with our managers and teams to deliver personalized care plans, ensuring our customers receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including bathing, dressing, and medication assistance.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Support customers with mobility issues, including transferring and positioning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • SVQ2 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use apps and devices to support service provision.
  • Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
