Position Overview

We are thrilled to present a rewarding opportunity within the Reablement & TEC Team, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in their own residences. Our professionals collaborate to implement tailored support plans that empower individuals to thrive within their communities.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Clacks and Stirling Health & Social Care Partnership, working in conjunction with Allied Health Professionals (Physiotherapists & Occupational Therapists) and other specialists in a cohesive multi-disciplinary environment. The role involves executing care responsibilities that assist individuals with their daily activities while fostering independence in managing long-term health conditions. We seek individuals who are adaptable, responsive, and maintain a high standard of professionalism.

Candidates must be prepared to work on a shift basis, including evenings and weekends. Registration with the SSSC and attainment of the relevant qualification (SVQ level 2 in Health & Social Care) is required, and we will provide full support for this, including comprehensive training and coverage of associated costs.

A valid, full driving license that permits legal driving in the UK is essential.
