Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Leisure People Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving group business and developing new partnerships with groups and third-party agents.

About the Role:
  • Proactively generate new leads and partnerships with groups and third-party agents to drive group business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business growth.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding communication, networking, and partnership building skills.
  • B2B/B2C sales experience, preferably with group bookings expertise.
  • Proactive sales experience with evidence of self-generating leads.
  • Ability to manage and develop a small sales bookings team.
  • Full driving license and use of a car.
  • Able to travel throughout Hampshire for regular meetings and site visits.
