Job Summary: We are seeking a self-motivated and disciplined Field Operator to join our team at Randstad Delivery (GBS). As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for visiting clients' homes to collect data for the Office of National Statistics (ONS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel within a radius of up to 40 miles to visit clients' homes and collect data
  • Encourage clients to participate in online surveys
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Use a laptop and smartphone to complete tasks

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving license and own car
  • Business car insurance (if not available, willing to buy)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to persuade reluctant clients
  • Self-disciplined and self-motivated with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in using a laptop and smartphone
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Willing to complete a basic DBS check (if not already done within the last 3 months)

What We Offer:

  • A great pay rate of £12.40 per hour, plus £0.45p per mile fuel allowance
  • Flexible working hours between 09:00am and 08:00pm (Monday to Friday) with potential weekend work
  • Work between 20-30 hours per week for a duration of 6 months with the potential for an extension
