Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, addressing any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere within the care home, promoting social engagement and emotional well-being among residents.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards for residential care.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in managing a nursing home.
  • Proficient in supervising staff and coordinating care services.
  • Knowledge of medication administration and patient care best practices.
  • Experience in dementia care is desirable.
