Job Title: Hospitality Assistant

Holroyd Howe is a leading contract caterer providing fresh, innovative food services to independent schools and colleges. We're seeking a skilled Hospitality Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service, and being part of a dynamic team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and customers.
  • Monitor and serve food and drinks, ensuring a high level of presentation and quality.
  • Prepare hospitality food and beverage requests in designated meeting spaces.
  • Work independently and take initiative to complete tasks and duties.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a smile, ensuring maximum speed and efficiency.
  • Operate licenced bars, serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Use coffee machines and assist with ordering and deliveries as required.
  • Prepare hospitality requirements, ensuring all items are available and reporting any issues to the line manager.
  • Count and pack away hired linen and equipment after events.
  • Ensure hospitality rooms are left clean and tidy.

  • Provide excellent customer service and solve any customer-related problems.
