  • Client Expectations: Exceed client expectations by providing a first-class service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial information to assist clients in understanding their affairs and identify opportunities to enhance value for stakeholders.
  • Insolvency Act Knowledge: Understand the insolvency act and appreciate key commercial aspects of insolvency companies.
  • Reporting and Correspondence: Prepare regular progress reports and draft routine case correspondence.
  • Analytical Review: Conduct analytical reviews of information to facilitate case strategy or fulfill reporting requirements.
  • Creditor Enquiries: Handle creditor telephone enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in insolvency, with a strong understanding of the industry and its processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Qualifications: Completion or desire to study ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency Qualification.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced user of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and time management systems.
