Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our project database, ensuring that all relevant information is easily accessible.
  • Safety and Technical Monitoring: Regularly review and monitor safety and technical evidence for our projects, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Take ownership of online portal reporting, ensuring that all group company requirements are met, including safety, client feedback, auditing, and sustainability.
  • Fleet and Plant Management: Support the maintenance of our CAFM system, ensuring that fleet and plant requirements are accurately reflected.
  • Project Coordination: Control and manage project/purchase requests, ensuring that all approvals are properly documented and auditable.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in a project-based environment.
  • Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team and deliver project-based tasks independently.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, with a strong working knowledge of database management systems.
