We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at Altitude-Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Estates Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our offices.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and greet visitors, tenants, and clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage the reception phone, fielding calls and responding to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support the Estates Manager in the day-to-day running of the building, including compliance checks, health and safety monitoring, and emergency evacuation procedures.
- Sort and distribute incoming post, prepare outgoing post, and manage collections for tenants.
- Work closely with the Assistant Building Manager to coordinate site operations, including cleaning, waste management, and contractor management.
- Provide administrative support to the Estates Manager, including reporting and data management.
- Manage the reactive maintenance list, contacting contractors as required.
- Motivated, engaging, and flexible individual with excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Good eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Resilient and able to deal with fast-changing situations, conflict resolution, and emergencies.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Voluntary Community Sector and its benefits.
- Knowledge of Milton Keynes and its community.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a reception role.
- Property management experience.
- Qualified First Aider or willingness to undertake a course.
- Fire Warden trained or willingness to undertake a course.
