Job Title: Advanced Pharmacist Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and innovative specialist pharmacist to join our critical care team at Northwick Park Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to the development of clinical services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to critically ill patients
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical guidelines
  • Contribute to the development of clinical services and research projects
  • Participate in training and education programs for healthcare professionals and patients
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in Pharmacy (MPharm)
  • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Diploma in Pharmacy Practice or equivalent
  • Mandatory CPD to maintain fitness to practice
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
  • Independent or supplementary Prescriber
  • MSc in a relevant subject
  • Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society
