About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Massenhove Recruitment. As a key player in driving the growth and expansion of our client base, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new client opportunities across general insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate new leads and close sales to establish long-term relationships with new clients.
  • Work closely with a skilled team of Broking & Claims professionals to deliver a full-service experience to clients from initial contact through to ongoing management.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in the insurance industry, preferably with a background in broking or underwriting.
  • Proven track record in generating and converting new business leads within the insurance sector.
  • Extensive experience in managing client relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Familiarity with FCA regulations and industry best practices.
  • Relevant industry certifications, such as those from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), are highly desirable.
  • A strong educational background, preferably with a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience of using Acturis / Broking platforms.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for frequent client travel.
