Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and management to a diverse team, including Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers, and Foremen.

Your Duties as a Construction Supervisor:

Clearly articulate safety protocols and ensure adherence to these standards, while proactively suggesting enhancements to operational systems. Take ownership of responsibilities and communicate results effectively; foster a culture of accountability within the team. Exhibit a strong work ethic and flexibility to accommodate varying work hours as dictated by project timelines. Demonstrate initiative and seek opportunities that align with your responsibilities. Comprehend method statements and mentor others in the creation of these documents. Guide team members in the principles of Accident and Incident Investigation. Familiarize yourself with the Organizational Business Management Systems and processes. Analyze and suggest improvements on a fully resourced stage program using the appropriate software.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Personal Attributes and Qualifications:

Possess a valid driving license and CSCS Card. Hold an SMSTS qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others. Proficient report writing capabilities. Experienced in managing diverse infrastructure projects, including testing and handover processes. Working knowledge of NEC and other relevant contract types. Ideally, possess leadership and management experience with a multi-disciplinary team.
