Role Objective:
- To lead, manage, and oversee a diverse team that includes Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers, and Foremen.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Supervisor , your responsibilities will include:
- Clearly articulating the requirements for a safe working environment to ensure compliance and suggesting enhancements to operational systems.
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and effectively communicating results; fostering a culture of accountability among team members.
- Demonstrating a strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to varying work hours as dictated by project demands.
- Working independently and proactively identifying opportunities aligned with your responsibilities.
- Understanding method statements and guiding others in the creation of necessary documentation.
- Providing guidance on Accident/Incident Investigation principles.
- Familiarity with Organizational Business Management Systems and processes.
- Analyzing and proposing improvements to a fully resourced project schedule using appropriate software.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals with the following qualifications and attributes:
- A valid driving license and CSCS Card.
- SMSTS certification.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Proficient report writing skills.
- Experience in managing diverse infrastructure projects, including testing and handover processes.
- Knowledge of NEC and other relevant contract forms.
- Leadership and management experience, particularly in overseeing multi-disciplinary teams.
