We are looking for an individual who can provide strategic leadership, foster a positive work environment, and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to the operations team, setting clear objectives and ensuring the successful execution of day-to-day activities.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to uphold the highest standards of care.
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and ensure that the organisation complies with all relevant laws and standards.
  • Effectively manage resources, including staff and budgets, to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the people we support, families, and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Ideal Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the social care industry
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
