HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our ambitious transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the HR Operations team in delivering day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with HR processes.
- Oversee and improve all HR transactions, including Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML) processes.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, templates, and guidelines for HR processes.
- Ensure accurate data management and reporting across HR, Operations, Finance, and leadership teams.
- Manage monthly payroll processes and support annual pay cycle administration.
- Lead the implementation of new HR technology systems in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Provide first-line support for employee relations, escalating as needed to HR Business Partners.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key teams across the organisation.
- Qualifications: Degree-level education or equivalent, with a professional HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent).
- Experience: Proven experience managing HR Operations teams and processes, with a strong focus on HRIS platforms and data management.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of UK employment law, excellent communication, and a collaborative, coaching-based leadership style.
- Project Management: Experience in leading system implementations or large-scale process improvements is highly desirable.
- IT Literate: Confident with the Microsoft Office suite and HRIS platforms.
