HR Administrator

About the Role:
The HR Administrator will be responsible for all administrative duties within the HR department, working closely with the Head of HR to administer DBS records, provide in-house training, and offer support and advice on HR matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer DBS records for all staff and volunteers
- Provide in-house training and workshops on HR requirements
- Offer support and advice on HR matters, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and grievances
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a school
- Experience working within HR
- CIPD level 3 qualified
- Experience utilising SIMS within an administrative role
