About the Role:

The HR Administrator will be responsible for all administrative duties within the HR department, working closely with the Head of HR to administer DBS records, provide in-house training, and offer support and advice on HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer DBS records for all staff and volunteers
  • Provide in-house training and workshops on HR requirements
  • Offer support and advice on HR matters, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and grievances

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a school
  • Experience working within HR
  • CIPD level 3 qualified
  • Experience utilising SIMS within an administrative role
