HR Administrator Position in Secondary School

About the Role:
The HR Administrator will be working as part of a close-knit team that works hard together to ensure the smooth running of the entire school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all administrative duties within the HR department
- Work with Head of HR to administer DBS records for all staff and volunteers, reminding staff that checks are due, carrying out Update Service checks as appropriate and checking and verifying supporting documents and maintaining the Single Central Record.
- Providing in-house training and workshops to assist others in understanding HR requirements where appropriate;
- Providing support and advice efficiently and effectively in all areas of Human Resources (HR) including but not limited to the areas of recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management and reviews, grievances and dispute resolution and change management, consistent with legislation and Trust's approved policies.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a school
- Experience working within HR
- CIPD level 3 qualified
- Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
