Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Airline Sales Manager to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our airline clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner to travel trade partners and commercial companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To represent the airline in a professional and knowledgeable way to travel trade partners and commercial companies.
  • To increase revenue and market share on the airline route network.
  • To maintain current and secure new sales accounts.
  • To increase awareness of the airline to the trade and public sectors.
  • To meet annual targets set.
  • To work effectively with the Airlines Country Manager.
  • To motivate and manage a small team of Reservations / Sales.

Requirements:

  • Account management, sales management, and business development experience within the travel industry.
  • Ideal experience in the airline industry, but open to candidates with transferable skills.
  • Knowledge of airline GDS and distribution channels.
  • Knowledge of airline fares structures.
