We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Maternity and Neonatal Digital Transformation Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the digital transformation of our maternity and neonatal services, ensuring that we provide the best possible care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the digital transformation of our maternity and neonatal services.
- Lead the replacement of our current maternity information system and the upgrade of our existing neonatal information system.
- Work with our digital team to develop and deploy clinical information systems that support the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Drive digital transformation and the move away from paper records towards seamless digital information sharing.
- Represent the Trust at internal and external meetings with all levels of Trust staff and with suppliers as requested by the Director of Midwifery and Gynaecology, LNIO, CCIO or CIO.
- Registered health care professional eligible to practice.
- First level degree in related healthcare discipline or substantial experiential equivalence.
- Evidence of a Master's degree relevant to role or equivalent experience.
- Clinical Safety Officer Certification or working towards.
- Project management qualification or relevant experience.
- Post-graduate management qualification in the area of digital healthcare or equivalent experience.
- Teaching qualification and/or recent teaching activity.
- Technical expertise in development and management of digital clinical systems.
- Good knowledge of processes for development of systems architecture.
- Experience of working in all care settings (acute and primary care/community).
