Maternity and Neonatal Digital Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust. As a key member of our Digital Transformation Programme, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of our Maternity and Neonatal Services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic plan to transform our Maternity and Neonatal Services through the effective use of digital technologies.
- Work closely with our clinical teams to design and implement digital solutions that improve patient care and outcomes.
- Lead the development and implementation of digital clinical systems, ensuring they meet the needs of our patients and staff.
- Collaborate with our IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital systems and infrastructure.
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the safe and effective use of digital technologies in our Maternity and Neonatal Services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, managers, and suppliers.
- Contribute to the development of our Digital Transformation Programme, ensuring it aligns with our Trust's strategic objectives.
- Registered healthcare professional with a strong clinical background in Maternity and Neonatal care.
- Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects, with a focus on clinical safety and quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinicians, managers, and IT teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership working.
- Knowledge of digital clinical systems and infrastructure, with a strong understanding of clinical safety and quality.
