We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Sales Support Administrator to join our West Hallam-based Fleet Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing customer vehicle orders, quoting on car and commercial vehicles, and working with multiple vehicle brand systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Process customer vehicle orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Provide accurate quotes for car and commercial vehicles
  • Manage and update vehicle brand systems to ensure accurate information
  • Liaise with customers and lease companies to provide updates and resolve queries
  • Communicate with third-party service providers as required
  • Check vehicle availability and respond to customer inquiries
  • Arrange vehicle deliveries and complete administrative tasks
