Position Overview

Elite Associates is collaborating with a prestigious and forward-thinking beauty organization to assist in the recruitment of a Lead National Account Executive to enhance their expanding team.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive account strategies to meet sales objectives and growth targets.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders at national retail partners.
  • Work in conjunction with cross-departmental teams, including marketing, product innovation, and logistics, to ensure effective implementation of account initiatives.
  • Evaluate sales metrics and market dynamics to uncover avenues for expansion and improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with major accounts to optimize profitability and market presence.
  • Track and report on account performance, delivering regular insights to upper management.
  • Identify and pursue new retail prospects to enhance the brand's footprint in the beauty sector.
  • Assess and manage retailer profit and loss statements, ensuring financial goals are achieved.
  • Oversee the National Account Manager, guiding performance, establishing objectives and KPIs, and mentoring for success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in national account management within the beauty or consumer goods sector.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and cultivating effective relationships with national retail partners.
  • Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a comprehensive understanding of retail operations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to interpret sales data to guide strategic choices.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
