Position Overview: We are seeking a Grocery-focused National Account Manager who will take a proactive role in managing retailer relationships, particularly with major supermarket chains and discount retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and deliver tailored proposals, products, and brands.
- Engage daily with buyers, planners, and operations teams at client organizations, establishing yourself as a trusted collaborator.
- Collaborate across departments, including Marketing, Operations, and New Product Development, to ensure cohesive customer strategies, manage inventory, and achieve timely deliveries.
- Play an integral role in fostering a positive culture within a growing organization, contributing to an inclusive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of sales experience in the grocery sector with a solid grasp of the market dynamics.
- Previous experience as a National Account Manager or Executive.
- Strong proficiency in commercial modeling, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to leverage data to craft compelling narratives for the brand.
