**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispensary Assistant to join our team at W R Evans Group of Companies - Manor Pharmacy. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out dispensing duties under the supervision of the Pharmacist manager, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of prescriptions, stock levels, and customer interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs in a polite and efficient manner, and adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures for the sale of medicines and supporting self-care.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the pharmacy, adhering to our health and safety protocols.
  • Assist in the ordering and management of stock, ensuring that our pharmacy is well-stocked and able to meet customer demand.

Requirements:

  • Be qualified to NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent.
  • Have previous experience in a community pharmacy or retail environment.
  • Be willing to undertake relevant training in Pharmacy Services if necessary.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
