  • Carry out dispensing duties under the supervision of the Pharmacist manager, ensuring all prescriptions are dispensed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Respond appropriately to customer needs, politely and efficiently, by asking relevant questions and following Standard Operating Procedures for the sale of medicines and supporting self-care.
  • Maintain the pharmacy to a high standard, ensuring a clean and organized environment for customers and staff.
  • Monitor stock levels and adapt orders accordingly, ensuring optimal inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Be qualified to NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent.
  • Have previous community pharmacy or retail experience.
  • Be willing to undertake relevant training in Pharmacy Services if necessary.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and work effectively as part of a team.
