We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispensary Assistant to join our team at W R Evans Group of Companies - Manor Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out dispensing duties under the supervision of the Pharmacist manager, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Respond to customer needs with politeness and efficiency, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures for Sale of Medicines and Supporting Self-care.
  • Maintain the pharmacy to a high standard, monitoring stock levels and adapting orders accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer service and support the pharmacy's operations.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Pharmacy Services (NVQ2) or equivalent.
  • Previous community pharmacy or retail experience.
  • Ability to undertake relevant training in Pharmacy Services if necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping people.
