Head of Legal Practice Solicitor Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Legal Practice Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Limited. As a key member of our legal practice, you will be responsible for leading our conveyancing team and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of conveyancing solicitors to deliver exceptional client service and meet business targets.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve client satisfaction, retention, and referral rates.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE and experience in conveyancing.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting business targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
