Head of Legal Practice Solicitor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Legal Practice Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Legal Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of compliance and regulatory affairs within our law firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and implement compliance policies and procedures to maintain SRA authorization
  • Conduct staff training on compliance and client service quality
  • Stay informed about regulatory and compliance changes
  • Report directly to the Head of Conveyancing and Directors on compliance matters
  • Provide regular status reports on the firm's compliance arrangements
Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 4 years PQE
  • Ideally experience in a compliance related capacity within a legal practice
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Work Environment
