Job Title: Head of Legal Practice Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our team as Head of Legal Practice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the legal practice and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Solicitors to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal practice.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including SRA authorization.
  • Review and update client care documentation and firm terms and conditions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop internal compliance failure reporting processes.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE.
  • Experience in a compliance-related capacity within a legal practice.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Arrangement:

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with one day a week based out of either Norwich or Derby offices.
