Job Title: Head of Legal Practice

A leading Real Estate Group is seeking a highly skilled Head of Legal Practice to establish and grow their Solicitors firm, providing a comprehensive service through their innovative Tech platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure overall compliance with the firm's CLC authorisation and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Monitor and report on compliance and risk management, providing regular updates to the Management Team.
  • Oversee and sign off all marketing materials and advertisements to ensure compliance with relevant CLC regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry developments, ensuring the firm remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor, chartered legal executive, or licensed conveyancer with at least 6 years' PQE.
  • Proven experience in compliance and risk management in a legal practice.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and reports.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with options to work from our Norwich or Derby offices.
